Contest FAQ

The Rules

-Contest winners must be 18 years or over
-Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only--no Alaska or Hawaii-sorry.
-Winner must respond to e-mail message stating that they have won within 72 hours
-Prizes will ship media mail with delivery confirmation within 30 days of close of contest.
-We reserve the right to end a contest at any time
-Prizes must be sent to a street address, as sometimes they are mailed directly from our sponsors who use FEDEX or UPS.

Where do the prizes come from?
Our prizes come from various sponsors. We only ship original items, no bootlegs or CDRs. We Guarantee that all of our prizes are of the highest quality.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. We ship all items for free to prize winners. Prizes will ship media mail with delivery confirmation.

Can I substitute my prize?
Often times our inventory of prizes will allow us to substitute prizes. So if you win and want to swap your prize for a comparable prize, ask and it may be possible.

Do you have a winners list?
When space permits we post the list of winners on the website. You are welcome to send a SASE to Sparkledoll Productions, C/O Thabiz.com, P.O. Box 56173 and we will send you a list of contest winners for the past 60 days.

When can I expect my prize?
Within 30 days of the close of the contest.

My prize arrived broke, damaged, didn't arrive, etc.
We do everything we can to package prizes safely. If for some reason your prize arrive damages or does not arrive for some reason we are not able to make substitutions or send out duplicated.
