Bone Crusher will be appearing in the next season of Celebrity Fit Club. His album Release The Beast arrives in stores July 18th.

Bone Crusher-Nah, Nah, I'm still taping it.

What made you decide to go on the show?
Bone Crusher-The money! No, Bizarre is a good friend of mine, he taped the last season and he called me up like, "Bone you should do it. It's dope." I was like "Bet, let's do it."

Are you looking forward to the episodes airing?
Bone Crusher-Oh of course. I'm a monster. Are you looking forward to it?

Of course. Here is my thing. We know you as being a big guy. Do you have any worries about if you will still be accepted smaller?
Bone Crusher-Oh yeah, I'm still big, just a bit smaller. I'm down to a healthy weight. Still big and healthy. Always good looking. You know that about me.

I remember "Neva Scared" came out several years ago. What was your life like during that time?
Bone Crusher-It was great. It still is. I'm still doing kickin' shows. Still making music.

So is your new album finished?
Bone Crusher-Yeah my new album is finished and it's coming out July 18th.

What do you want to tell me all about the new album?
Bone Crusher-The first single is called "Southern Gorrilaz." The new album is coming out, if you liked "Neva Scared," you will like the new album. I did some of the songs around the same time I did "Neva Scared." It has that mosh pit animalistic authentic-ness.

Are you enjoying your summer so far?
Bone Crusher-Yeah, yeah. Working out, losing weight it's a wonderful thing.

Did you go to the BET Awards this year?
Bone Crusher-Nah I didn't go. I don't like award shows they are boring. I like the edited versions.

I heard you have a new label.
Bone Crusher-Yeah I have my own label Vaingorious. I own my own label. It's a beautiful situation.

What led you to name the label VainGlorious?
Bone Crusher-Because it's the epitome of arrogance. I'm the most arrogant person you are going to meet.

How is the Bone Crusher hair doing? How are you wearing your hair right now?
Bone Crusher-Same way. Wild & crazy.

Have you shot your video for the first single from the new album?
Bone Crusher-No, I'm about to shoot it.

What do you do in your free time?
Bone Crusher-Buy sneakers. Hanging out with my kids.

I know you have the Celebrity Fit Club coming out and the new album is there anything else people should be looking for?
Bone Crusher-I got a movie coming out, a TV show in the works, Celebrity Fit Club, and my album coming out July 18th. Prepare yourself for a good time. Enjoying life. Why not?
